Thunderbolt Experience

Your experience begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to the boat. Then get changed into the Saber Powersports racing team kit and safety gear. Then it's onto the water.

 

You board the Thunderbolt with an experienced instructor who runs through driving procedure. Then it's off for a full hour of high adrenaline action including:

 

• Instruction on cornering and racing technique

• Wave jumping

• High speed take offs

 

You will then be taken to the high speed offshore circuit where you will have the opportunity to race against the clock to find the aquastig of the year
 

You will share the driving with two other guests so each person has at least 10 minutes driving time
During debrief you will be given a photograph to remember the day
Note: you will spend a minimum of 1 hour on the water; you are at the centre for up to 2 hours
This day is suitable for almost anyone from 12 to 70 years old (under 16s will need to be with parents or guardians). Disabled access is limited please contact us to discuss requirements.
Please note our experiences are not suitable for those with a back, neck or heart complaints or for pregnant women. Please wear jeans or shorts and training or boat shoes. Please also bring a change of clothes- just in case.
